The Battleship New Jersey remembers ETC (SW) Michael Gorchinski, U.S. Navy, who was killed in the Marines Barracks bombing in Beirut, Lebanon on Oct. 23. 1983. The attack killed 307 people: 241 U.S. and 58 French military personnel, six civilians, and two attackers.
