As a “Thank You” for the amazing efforts by frontline workers in the region over the past year, the Battleship New Jersey will offer frontline personnel and their families tours of our nation’s most decorated battleship for a donation of any amount!
Tours will be available Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28 from 11am to 3pm. Just show a valid ID at the Battleship’s Ticket Office and make your donation of any amount to the ship, a non-profit museum and memorial.
Frontline workers include all nurses, doctors, EMTs, care home/in-home support workers, Food Bank volunteers, and the families of those workers.
During your tour of the World’s Greatest Battleship, you’ll experience the massive 16-inch gun turrets, track a tomahawk missile launch in the Combat Engagement Center, learn how the crew lived aboard this floating city and more. Plus, all guests can add an extended guided tour of inside a 16-inch gun turret and/or an engine room at no additional cost!
All guests must pass a health screening which includes a contactless temperature check, wear a face covering and practice social distancing of six feet.
