Located on the Delaware River, along the Camden Waterfront across from the city of
Philadelphia, the Battleship is open every day from 9:30am to 3pm for tours. The Turret II
Experience, available on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am, offers guests a guided tour of
the massive 16-inch gun turret. Journey five decks below the main deck. Along the way,
guests will place the 5-foot projective in the hoist, load powder bags, produce a firing solution
on the analog computer, and pull the trigger to fire the massive gun! Finish this unique tour with
a walk down Broadway, the longest and most interesting passageway aboard the Battleship.
Turret II Tours are $29.95 and can be reserved online at www.battleshipnewjersey.org.
