Complimentary US Flags for Armed Forces Day

Today is Armed Forces Day. Let’s all take a moment to remember and thank our brothers and sisters who defend our great nation. Guests who tour the Battleship today will receive a complimentary mini US flag.  The Battleship is open for tours until 5pm.

Battleship CEO Phil Rowan (left) and Leslie Watson, of the Battleship’s Curatorial Department, inspect the silver from the USS New Jersey at Drumthwacket today.  A team from the Battleship visited the Governor’s residence in Princeton to pack and transport the silver to the Battleship, where it will be on this display this summer.
